Stephen J. Myers - Founder and CEO
Stephen earned a degree in Neurobiology with a minor in Psychology from the University of Florida. However, decided to not become a doctor of humans, but rather one of computers. In 1987, he established INFINETWORK and has since been recognized by the industry as a Senior Networking Engineer. Stephen is a member of several national IT related advisory boards, graduated from Leadership Collier, and became one of the first civilians to be certified by the Southeast Cybercrime Institute as a Computer Forensic Examiner. Stephen has served on several technology committees and boards for numerous companies and charitable organizations. Stephen now lives with his wife, son and Dalmatian in "paradise", (Naples, FL) and enjoys spending time pursuing his interests in flying, cooking, jazz, photography, SCUBA diving, and golfing when time permits.
Felicia R. Bremer - Executive Assistant and Office Manager
Felicia moved to Naples, Florida with her family from New York in 1994. She finds the Florida lifestyle a bit more relaxed and enjoys the sun, sand and surf. She has been married for 41 years and is a proud grandmother of a beautiful grandson. Felicia has been with InfiNetwork for 17 years! As the most senior member of the team (besides Stephen) Felicia is the Executive Assistant and Office Manager and manages all facets of running and maintaining a busy office environment. Her commitment to detail assures unmatched satisfaction to our client base.
Jeff M. Heverling - Client Relations Manager
Jeff originally joined the Infinetwork team in December 2005 as a technology consultant. He joined the executive management team, serving initially as vice president and later as president, responsible for customer service and operations, until March 2009. After a short sabbatical, he rejoined the firm in October 2010 where he currently strives to enhance quality of our client services. Prior to joining INFINETWORK, Jeff was the director of management information systems for a regional real estate development firm. He also held the position of executive director of information services for one of our area’s premier health care and retirement communities, as well as various management level positions in the technology field with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. His strength is understanding business drivers and business technology integration based upon more than 20 years of expertise in information technology and 25 years of expertise in accounting, finance and administration.

A native of Palmyra, Pennsylvania, Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Shippensburg University. He has also earned his Master of Business degree from Florida Gulf Coast University(FGCU), where he was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, an international honorsociety for outstanding academic achievement in business. Jeff, an experienced public speaker, also has more than 10 years of expertise in offering professional expert financial testimony before state and local government organizations. He has also served as a guest lecturer and business plan judge at FGCU.
Michelle A. Galvaire - IT Service Manager
Michelle attended New Jersey State University and received a degree in Network Security from The Chubb Institute. For 15 years she has held numerous positions in the radio industry as a sound and production engineer, including AOL Radio, Premiere Radio Networks in New York, and Sony/BMG in Nashville. Now Michelle has been proudly working at InfiNetwork for several years happily helping out all of our clients with their technical needs. She is a planner, coordinator, monitor, negotiator, communicator, administrator, analyzer, tactician, listener, director, technical expert and a customer service expert. Michelle enjoys helping you and if she doesn’t have the answer, she will get one for you.
David K. Duff - Senior Engineer
David has over 30 years of IT experience. Senior Engineer means experience, not age. David has been involved with IT before the first IBM PC. Supporting networks since introduction of Novell, Microsoft, OS/2, Unix, AS/400, VAX, and many other platforms. Well rounded business acumen in applying technology solutions to the needs of business. David has extensive experience in IT solutions for the following industries:

EMR and Imaging (PET, MRI, MPI, etc.) systems

David has been with InfiNetwork for over 5 years.
Thomas M. Rau - Monitoring and Dashboard Engineer
Thomas is responsible for the management and administration of InfiNetwork's Proactive Monitoring Dashboard. Rain or shine, Thomas keeps a watchful eye on the health and status of our managed clients' networks.
Christopher M. Tetro - Network Engineer
Originally from Enfield, CT, Chris Tetro has recently moved south to sunny Fort Myers with his wife, children and pets. Chris spent two years proudly serving our country as a US Army medic. He brings with him a diverse IT background having worked for large and small companies. His skill set includes desktop support, server support and network support. Chris has run large helpdesk environments for multinational companies and his helpdesk background has fostered a strong customer service skill set. This skill set is a carryover from his earlier days working in the food service and healthcare industries.
